Only currently legal in Canada. Technically your Feds could crush it if they wanted to, like the Defender, but it's not like importing Cosmos is common, and they're rare enough.

What trim is this one? Type S, Type E, or the Type SX ?

Type S models (Sport) had a fabric interior while Type E models had leather and a CD Player, as well as the awesome 90s touchscreen CCS (Car Control System) computer. The CCS included one of the world's first GPS navigation systems and is similar in concept to modern multifunction systems.

I wouldn't exactly trust buying a (technically) illegal import from a company that prides themselves on a 1000hp Silvia in bright orange paint.

I'd rather import one myself, since the entire production (1990-1995) is already legal in Canada (15-year cutoff), but sadly I don't have the money.
